Rich Simmons er en moderne urban popartist, der har udstillet over hele verden. Simmons arbejde udforsker skæringspunkterne mellem den visuelle kultur og spænder over popkunst, tegneserier, renæssancen, moderne mode, seksualitet og videre.
London-baserede Rich Simmons har en global rækkevidde og berømthed efter at have udstillet i nogle af verdens mest prestigefyldte gallerier i London, New York, LA, Tampa, Miami, Toronto og Genève. Simmons arbejde har nu gjort det til museumssamlinger med udstillingen Men Of Steel, Women Of Wonder, der debuterede på Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art i 2019. Sidste år solgte et af hans værker til £ 52.000 på en Christies velgørenhedsauktion.
Simmons dristige brug af farve, indviklede detaljerede håndskårne stencils, sans for humor og tankevækkende fortællinger, der løber gennem hans arbejde, viser, at Rich er både en innovator og kunstner, der er meget samlerobjekt. STENCIL
WORKSHOP
I can teach beginner stencil techniques in a group workshop, from drawing, to cutting, to painting. These workshops could be done for small to medium sized groups and can be done at a location that suits you, like a school or youth club or a workshop for team building day for your employees.
SCHOOL WORKSHOP
I have been to lots of schools around the world and given talks about art therapy and what it takes to become an artist, alongside practical sessions that I can run with students. This could range from stencil making and painting, to other painting style workshops, as well as group murals where I work with students to create a mural in a school which can inspire and excite students for many years to come.

THE CURE
I can run relaxing art therapy style workshops involving colouring in sessions alongside talks about Art Is The Cure. There are a lot of therapeutic benefits to art and spending some time relaxing and colouring is an easy way to help people reduce stress levels. I have run these workshops in galleries, schools and at events where I am giving talks.
